As the 2024 National Senior Certification (NSC) examinations kick-off, Higher{Education and Training Minister, Dr Nobuhle Pamela Nkabane, has reminded all matriculants to seize the opportunity to submit an application for funding throughout the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).
"The applying window will shut on fifteen December 2024, and you can find not many days left to post applications. Suitable learners are urged to apply immediately to secure economical assistance for their post-school education," Nkabane said.
Nkabane extended well wishes to all matriculants, who sat for the National Senior Certificate Exams, with learners writing languages, English and Afrikaans Paper 3.
Nkabane mentioned this pivotal moment marks the end result of many years of hard work and encourages the Class of 2024 to approach their click here exams with willpower and self esteem.

Nkabane highlighted a range of opportunities out there throughout the Post-School Education and here Training (PSET) system, and that is open up to all matriculants trying to find even more schooling and skills development.
The PSET system contains:
• Community Education and Training (CET) colleges: Providing skills development and general education for students who want to carry on learning.
• Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges: Focusing on practical skills and technical knowledge to equip students for employment and self-employment.
• Higher Education institutions: Universities and nsfas login higher education providers offering degree and diploma programmes.
